Adult Yoga Classes

Join us Saturday mornings for free beginners yoga with a certified instructor. Begin the process toward a strong and comfortable body, and a calm and serene mind. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat or a beach towel. All participants must sign a waiver form before they join in. Call or stop by the branch to register.
