There are a number of ways that you
can become involved with the Lincoln Square Business Improvement
District:
There are numerous sponsorship and
marketing opportunities available to corporations
interested in supporting the efforts of the Lincoln Square
Business Improvement District. These include our annual holiday
event, Winter’s Eve at Lincoln Square, our Banner Program,
our Youth Development and After School Program, our Walking
Tours, and our Map and Guide. If your company or corporation
is interested in working with us on one of these programs,
please have your sponsorship director or marketing director
email us at info@lincolnbid.org. We will be happy to discuss
these opportunities with you.
Help keep Broadway
Blooming! We have an ambitious award-winning program
to raise funds to plant and maintain the flowers and shrubs
in the 10 Broadway Malls that run through the heart of the
district. Support the
beautification of Lincoln Square’s ten malls (PDF)
with a tax-deductible contribution. Your gift will help us
to plant glorious flowers, maintain shrubs and trees and,
keep the malls sparkling all year round.
We run an award
winning Youth Development and After School Program
at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Educational Campus –
a large urban high school at 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.
We use the talents of many volunteers who work with our young
people and provide tutoring and assistance in a variety of
subjects. If you are interested in volunteering in our After
School Program, or providing financial support to enable us
to hire students during the summer, please send
us an email.
Volunteer at
our annual holiday celebration Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square,
which immediately follows the Lincoln Center Holiday tree
lighting. Click here
to send us an email if you would like us to contact you
to help out at this event.
