Department of Finance Proposes Rule Changes for Property Owners

The New York City Department of Finance is considering an amendment to the rules relating to the filing of income and expense statements for income-producing real property.  If you own property in New York City, this may affect you, so be sure to CLICK HERE to visit the Department of Finance (DOF) website and read the proposed rule changes.

The DOF website has a link where you may submit comments on the amendment. You can also comment at the public hearing, to be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 25th at 345 Adams Street, 3rd Floor in Brooklyn.
